Sometimes my travels take me to the Dark Side. A business hazard.
RHEL 7.4 with a wallpaper I found somewhere on the web.

This universe is crazy. I'm going back to my own.
Arch Linux.
Kernel: 4.15.8-1-ARCH
DE: Xfce
WM: compiz
Icons: Buuf-icon-theme (always)
Dock: Cairo
Conky: conky-cairo 1.10.7-1 (written by Paramvir) https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/conky-cairo/
Conkywx: Version 7 (testing) (written by Paramvir) Version 6 available here: http://foreverquest.blogspot.com
Music player: wx media player (written by Paramvir) using mplayer front end.
Three of the conkys are scrolling vertically, the music conky is scrolling horizontally. It's something to see. A picture does not do it justice. All while using very little CPU usage.

Hello jayram,
Please use the attachment facility by clicking on the paperclip or use url's for images because apart from bandwidth issues for some, it makes it difficult for those using mobile devices to browse the forum.

Frogs Hair, I think the bright wallpaper looks great!
+1 Sweet!
Is that Pithos free or how does that work? That's the first time I've ever seen it.
You probably have to subscribe to Pandora right?
https://pithos.github.io
It is a free Pandora client and it's been totally ad free since I've been using it (3 + years). Yes, it requires a free account . Some users claim to get ads, but I never have on Linux or the Windows counterpart named Elpis. Is that Pithos free or how does that work?
Edit:I did customize the icon for pithos.

Sweet. I think I'll give that a try. I haven't been driving for 17 years and I used to pick up on new songs listening to the radio in the car or truck.
But, I don't hear new songs any more and am kind of stuck in a music rut of what I "used to hear". This would be a way to get back to some new music.
I like classic rock but, lean more towards alternative/grunge even at 59 lol!
Conkywx version 7 was released and so I can show it off now.
Paramvir is the programmer/genius behind all of this and we do the testing for him. We also add tweaks here and there.
Like with Param's help I have an if statement in the weather conky on the right side so that if the UV rays get above 5, the text turns yellow and if 5 or below it is normal color.
Being in Florida, you really have to be aware of the UV rays. In the left big weather conky called Big Luamix there is a UV scale and in the middle is the sun's radiation.
Since there are no real rules we tweak it as we want to see it. Sorry to get off-topic, just thought I'd explain some things before the screen shot.
I'll say this again if you haven't heard me before, a picture does not do these conkys justice. The ones that scroll do so very smoothly. Something I don't believe any other conky does.
